Ayurvedic Home Remedies and Tips for Winter Wellness 

For Cough & Cold Relief 

Remedy 1: 
Mix the following into a paste: 

  • 1 tsp honey 

  • ¼ tsp turmeric 

  • A pinch of black pepper 

  • ¼ tsp ginger juice 

Take twice a day to soothe a sore throat and clear congestion. 


Winter wellness

Remedy 2: 
Inhale steam with a few drops of eucalyptus or peppermint oil to open nasal passages. 

Benefits: 
Reduces congestion and clears the throat.
