Ayurvedic Home Remedies and Tips for Winter Wellness
Nourish Dry Skin & Prevent Cracking
Remedy:
Before your morning bath, massage warm sesame oil or almond oil all over your body (called Abhyanga).
Let it soak for 15–20 minutes, then take a warm bath.
For very dry skin, apply a few drops of ghee on your lips, elbows, and heels before bed.
Benefits:
Prevents dryness, improves blood flow, and calms the nervous system.
