Improve Sleep Quality 

Tulsi Sleep Infusion 

Ingredients: 

  • 5–6 Tulsi leaves 

  • 1 small piece of cinnamon 

  • 1 cup hot water 

Preparation: 
Steep Tulsi and cinnamon in hot water for 10 minutes. 
Strain and drink it warm before bed. 

Benefits: 

  • Light, soothing, and caffeine-free 

  • Helps calm the mind before sleep 

Caution: 
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for those taking blood thinners, thyroid medication, or with low blood sugar. Avoid before surgery.
