Baked Apples
Ingredients:
- 
4 apples, sliced (any variety based on preference) 
- 
1 tsp cinnamon 
- 
A pinch of nutmeg 
- 
¼ cup chopped almonds and walnuts 
- 
coconut oil 
- 
¼ cup milk (any type based on preference) 
Directions:
- 
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place sliced apples in a baking dish. 
- 
Heat a pan over medium heat on the stove. Add coconut oil and spices, then sauté the nuts for a couple of minutes. 
- 
Add milk and stir until well combined. 
- 
Pour the mixture over the apples and toss to coat evenly. 
- 
Bake until apples are golden brown and slightly crispy. 
-
